“I called several places before taking my newly-acquired used Hyundai Accent to be repaired here. They had competitive prices on a major repair — both the timing belt and water pump needed replacement. They did not charge separate labor for each part, which is great! But this is probably because both parts are taken apart at the same time anyway. Still, this shows honesty, and turnaround time was prompt. I came in for the water pump and timing belt only, because I knew they needed to be done.
After driving for over a year after this, it turned out the car was in good mechanical condition and didn’t need any other work, so they did not recommend any unnecessary repairs.”
